CANCELLATIONS
I realise that many of my clients are very busy people. But please can I remind you to give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. Please be aware that missing your appointment can be the difference between a small business owner making a living this week or not.
Please kindly note that 50% of any missed appointment will be payable if you fail to attend - or - less than 24 hours cancellation. This will be required to be paid before any consequent bookings can be made.
